Dear St. Joseph Families:
Greetings! I’m delighted to announce that students raised over $1800.00 in last week’s Penny War for Red Ribbon Week. Our students had a great time with this activity each morning. Thank you all for your generosity. Proceeds will be sent to a drug awareness program.
Congratulations to SJND senior and SJES alum Brendan Keene, who will soon be signing a contract for a full basketball scholarship to the University of Northern Colorado. We wish Brendan every success in the future.
Cookie dough orders are due on Monday, November 8. Thank you for supporting this fundraising effort to help our sixth graders get to Caritas in the spring.
Remember to change your clocks this weekend as we fall back to standard time.
When you pray, do not use many words,
for your Father in heaven knows what you need
before you ask him.
Matthew 6: 7 – 8
Please pray for all those who have died in the past year, may they rest in peace; for the family of 8th grader, Austin, whose father died recently; for Mrs. Foley and her family; for 4th grader Isaac and his family; for the family of second grader Michelangelo & Kindergartner Isabella; for the father of 6th grader, Megan T.; for Ms Aldrich and her family; for all our own intentions; for peace in our world.
Peace,
Monica O’Callaghan
Principal
