Admissions Process

Application Process

  1. Completed application packets, including all requested paperwork, must be returned to the school office. It is recommended that the application be submitted as soon as possible.
  2. You will receive written acknowledgement of the completion of your application with a confirmation of your child’s testing date and time. All children whose families have submitted completed applications will be tested.
    • Kindergarten and 1st grade applicants will be scheduled for individual testing, which begins in February  2012.
    • Applicants for 2nd through 8th grades will be tested and interviewed in March  2012.
    • In the event that there are no openings for a particular grade, the child will be tested for placement on the waiting list.
  3. You will be notified by mail of the school’s decision regarding your application.
    • Although we cannot commit to a notification time frame, we will be able to notify most applicants within two weeks after the testing date.
